The History of Iota Beta

          Iota Beta became an official colony of Tau Beta Sigma at the beginning of the spring semester of 2002. Beta Zeta, Stephen F. Austin State University's chapter, became our advising chapter. On February 16, 2003, Lindsey Edge (Charter President), Kimberly Frederick(Vice President), Laura Hohimer (Treasurer), Alycia Reynolds (Secretary), Kris Miles (Chaplain), and Coelle Harper (Alum) crossed over into the Sisterhood of Tau Beta Sigma, establishing the Iota Beta chapter. Dr. Tom Webster and Lori Ellison became honorary members that same day. That spring, we inducted in our Alpha Class.
